Thermo-Scanning

KlineFire utilise thermo scanning for building & plant safety and maintenance, providing benefits such as:

• Reduced risk of fire through faulty equipment
• Ability to survey equipment under normal operating conditions
• Reduced costs by identifying faults before a maximum failure mode is reached

A thermal image gives a picture of radiated heat enabling any abnormalities to be identified that would otherwise be undetected by the human eye. This is most useful for discovering poor electrical connections and predicting component failure. Mechanical items such as bearings can also be scanned.
