Fire Training

Whilst accurate, efficient and stringent maintenance of existing equipment is critical in the process of ensuring lives are not at risk and property damage is minimised, KlineFire also place heavy emphasis on preventative maintenance and the ability to respond efficiently to any fire.

As well as ensuring that the right equipment is in place and in good working order, KlineFire provide training to ensure our clients and their staff also have the knowledge and confidence to use this equipment as needed.

"Basic Fire Extinguisher Training" is conducted by qualified KlineFire personnel. This training package is offered in the workplace, teaching staff how to select the correct extinguisher and use it proficiently to maximise operator safety and make best use of its extinguishing capabilities. The PASS technique will be demonstrated:

P - Pull the pin or release any other locking device
A - Aim low, pointing the extinguisher nozzle at the base of the fire
S - Squeeze the handle to release the extinguishing agent
S - Sweep from side to side at the base of the fire until it is extinguished

KlineFire personnel can visit your site to assess your particular needs based on the specific risks associated within your work place. Education in all existing on-site systems, Fire Indicator Panels, sprinklers, alarms etc. is also available in this comprehensive offering.
