• fire equipment is serviced, tested and managed in accordance with the applicable Australian Standards

In order to make your job as easy as possible KlineFire offer more than the mandatory reporting procedures, providing Property Mangers with an annual report of all work undertaken and setting out, in advance, all identifiable service & maintenance requirements for the coming year.

Having KlineFire manage your entire Essential Services portfolio allows you to properly identify all work previously undertaken, as well as adequately prepare and inform your clients of all expected fire maintenance work (& associated costs) in the coming year.

KlineFire are happy to provide you with cost and obligation-free on-site building assessment & quotes. Trained and experienced KlineFire personnel will attend the site, and after a detailed inspection of fire equipment & maintenance records, recommendations will be made as to the nature and cost of ongoing Essential Services work. When work has been undertaken, itemised reports will be provided back to Property Managers and the required paperwork signed-off and logged certifying correct maintenance has been undertaken.
